Tell us a little bit about yourself!
My name is Naeemah Ruffin and I am the founder and CEO of Bellantz, a face fitness company that empowers women to age gracefully naturally. I started Bellantz in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. Many women were unable to get their in-person beauty services they had become accustomed to and were searching for alternatives. At the time I was already practicing my own natural, holistic, and sustainable practice of face fitness. I realized the need many women had to find an alternative to invasive cosmetic surgery andprocedures and decided to launch my business to empower women to age gracefully naturally.
What are you most passionate about?
I am most passionate about inspiring women to age gracefully naturally through face exercise and plant-based
skincare.
Where do you gather inspiration from?
I gather inspiration from the beauty of nature, traditional art forms such as antique paintings, ballet dance, reading history books, and listening to classical piano music.
If you could invite any three people to your dream dinner party who would they be?
I would invite my Pastor/Rabbi and wife and my Ballet Teacher.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Practice patience and don’t be in a hurry to make important decisions.

Preparation is more important than destination. If you are prepared, you will reach your desired end.
