Tell us a little bit about yourself! When did you start your business?
I started my company when I started teaching folks how to make French pastry at home. It began as a freelance job for me then grew during the pandemic. Afterwards I felt ready to start my own business! A reboot if you want.
What are you most passionate about?
Good food and fun adventures (but only the chill ones). Give me a gorgeous town to walk through and a glass of wine and I'm good!
Where do you gather inspiration from?
From the places I visit, strolls with my pup, or walks around town looking in pastry shop windows.
If you could invite any three people to your dream dinner party who would they be?
Ina Garten, Jennifer Garner, and Julia Child
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Just go for it! Don't let the negative or fear of not fitting in hold you back.
What quote or saying do you try to live by?
YOLO! I know that’s super old school but so true! You only live once! I try to keep that in mind as often as I can and try to enjoy every day at its fullest.
